I made an appointment because I had lost a filling and needed it replaced. That was the reason I called this office in the first place. When I arrived, I was offered a cleaning and a dental exam as well. Before agreeing, I specifically asked how long everything would take because I had my newborn baby with me, and my nanny was waiting with him while I was in the appointment. As a breastfeeding mother, timing was especially important. I was told the entire visit would take about one hour. Since I was already there, I agreed to have the cleaning and exam done along with the filling. After the cleaning and exam were completed, I was informed that Dr. Anand Ishdeep was busy and would not be able to replace my filling right away. I was asked to continue waiting until he became available. In the end, I spent nearly three hours in the office for a procedure that took approximately 20 minutes to complete. Despite having an appointment and explaining my situation, there seemed to be very little regard for my time. What concerns me even more is the result. I had an extremely comfortable and welcoming time at this place. It was my first time after a very long time getting a cleaning done due to negligence by my old dentist + not having insurance and not being able to go for 10 years. Laurie, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and explained everything so well. She was exceptional at making me feel comfortable too. My teeth feel and look so amazing compared to yesterday. Dr. Marshall was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. I can actually say I’m excited to go back for my next cleaning. I really recommend this place to anyone who might be anxious to see a dentist after a long time.

I have 4 Phases with Dr Baines and he’s an amazing Dentist. He kindly gave me my options and was transparent as possible. I had an extraction first day and I did not feel a thing. My filling he did an amazing job! He really gets locked in for real and he loves what he does. I’m getting Major work done and I’m on my way to Phase 2.

First of all, not a fan of any dentist period due to horrible experiences when I was kid . Went in today , of course my wife convinced me . Been going thru pain due to a bad tooth/gum infection. From the moment I sat in the chair for X-rays and etc treatment I felt so comfortable and appreciated as a patient . Dr keith baines took care of me . I definitely going back thank you doc for making my experience today amazing . Oh and of course the ladies in the front for assisting Crystal and Dianna and th doc's assistant. I apologize I do not remember her name. Thank you again!
